Frenger have successfully delivered our "Radiant" Passive chilled beams to 5 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park which is an exciting new A-Grade building designed to achieve a 6 Green Star rating and 5 Star NABERS energy & Water rating. This innovative and efficient commercial building offers large, open floor plates of 12,200m2 for flexible A-Grade office space whilst providing exceptional thermal comfort to create an ideal workplace environment which is set to raise the bar for environmental and design standards for suburban office buildings.
Frenger undertook extensive project scenario testing at their UK laboratories to demonstrate the environmental conditions that will be realised in the internal spaces. Frenger are justifiably proud to have supplied over 2,500 linear metres of our unique "Radiant" convective Passive chilled beams to the project.
