In 1962, Frenger designed, manufactured and installed the worlds largest chilled ceiling (175,000m2) at the Shell building in London.
In 2003, Frenger supplied Chilled Beam technology to 30 The Bond, Sydney, which is now Australia's first building to receive a 5 Green Star rating.
In 2007, Frenger designed, manufactured and installed the worlds largest Active Multi-Service Chilled Beam project (5000 units / in excess of 11 kilometres of Active MSCB's) for 55 Baker Street in London.
In 2008, Frenger supplied Australia's first Multi-Service Chilled Beam project for Transport House.
In 2009, Frenger supplied the first ever Multi-Service Chilled Beam project (Bidborough House) in the UK in conjunction with Ground Source Heat Pumps.
In 2015, Frenger supplied the first ever Multi-Service Chilled Beam project (Alaska Native Medical Centre) in America.
In 2016, Frenger supplied its X-Wing® Radiant Passive Chilled Beams to Australia's first all-timber construction commercial multi-story building, International House, Barangaroo.
